Description: Antique copper-plate engraved print of the excavated caves and chambers at the fortress of Mankup (Mangup). This was a Turkish garrison until it was abandoned in 1774. The last inhabitants, a small community of Karaims, abandoned the site in the 1790s.

Condition: Good.
Some foxing/browning. Water stain to top right corner.
